Over the next 7-10 days, Dickerman Design will design and create your personalized Design Map, utilizing our network and experience to ensure you receive the the highest quality at the best price.  We meet again in your home for the Design Map presentation together. 

Upon completion, you will have everything you need to confidently manage your interior design project and to shop and purchase with peace of mind.

• An itemized budget spreadsheet

A renovation solution and how to achieve it.  The Design Map for a renovation project has all the necessary information to start a conversation with a contractor and to implement the design.

It includes:

• A floor plan with construction dimensions

• 2 Wall elevations with construction dimensions and materials noted

• A style board including flooring, cabinetry style & finish, countertop, backsplash, tile, faucet, sink, lighting & paint colors
